Why it is wrong to delist the Swainson's Hawk. Help stop it.

Hi all,  thank you for all your support in getting signatures to stop the delisting of Swainson's Hawk in California.  We can now share with you the first scientist letter sent to the California Fish and Game Commission explaining why the delisting is the wrong move.  Dr. Peter Bloom, raptor zoologist, has shared his view of the Building Industry claim that the species should come off the Endangered Species list and lose its legal protections.  Find his letter here:

Dr. Peter Bloom has studied Swainson's Hawks in California since 1970.  As more scientists share with us their analyses of the status of this species, we will post here and send you an email notification.  This is information you can share to get more signatures against delisting.

There are now 1,482 signatures on our petition.  The biggest source of signatures is Facebook but we have been kicked off of Facebook by META.  We need you to continue this campaign if you are a Facebook users.

Thanks for being part of our community effort to keep Swainson's Hawks legally protected in California.  Of course, we must also defeat Prop 45 on November 3 or lose legal protections for Swainson's Hawk at the ballot box.
