Stephanie Faughnan is the real deal. A reporter who took the time to meet with our neighbors individually, listen to their stories and write in great detail about the challenges facing seniors trying to remain in an increasingly expensive area.

Rent increases of more than 30% in three years are pricing people out of their homes. No amenities, no upgrades - just straight rent increase for aging manufactured homes. 

And despite repeated meetings with Stafford Township officials, we still haven't gotten meaningful help. In a township that's more than 90% homeowners, renters are already a dwindling minority, yet “rent control” remains a dirty word.

At this rate, pretty soon “rent” and “renters” will be dirty words too.
