WOOHOO!!! I now have 120 signatures on this petition! Please help me reach 400 by the end of February!

I am a Democrat, but unlike most Democrats, I know the dangers of smoking weed and why it was made illegal back in the day. It was made illegal for being linked to brain damage as well as suicide. Plus, the stench pollutes the air. Everywhere I go, I smell weed and it smells horrendous. 

It does have a good side, though, it can be used as a prescription medicine which some countries have implemented, which I would be more than welcome for, but under no circumstances will I tolerate marijuana being legalized for recreational use. 

It is bad enough that Americans are addicted to tobacco and opioids. I don't want them to become addicted to marijuana.

If I cannot reach at least 400 signatures on this petition by the end of May, the petition will be closed. Hopefully this won't happen. I am counting on your support. Please do not let me down. I want you to do whatever it takes to get me 400 signatures on this petition.
