These are my 5 areas for advocacy for the new Boroondara Council.

The Allan government is claiming that the proposed planning scheme changes will "build a future where every Victorian can afford a home that's right for them".

Yet there is nothing in the scant publicly available information to detail how these proposals will achieve this.

According to the Auditor General's report Boroondara is one of the top LGA's for public housing demand - yet it has only a 1% share of public housing.
