UCLA's Communication Studies Department is vindictively denying two students' petitions to late-add Professor Fink's Winter quarter course, despite there being room in course. Kerri Johnson denied these students' potions despite the fact that they attended every class, took the midterm and the final, and earned a grade. Similarly-situated students in other Communication Studies would not be treated this way. This is yet another instance of the Communication Studies Department vindictively attacking Professor Fink — no holds barred — even if it means using (and hurting) students as collateral damage. This vindictive and blatant mistreatment of students is further evidence that the Communication Studies Department will use any means it can to interfere with Professor Fink's right to academic freedom.
