Last October, Minister Steve Dimopoulos announced $21.5 million to strengthen Victoria's Illegal Dumping Taskforce. https://www.premier.vic.gov.au/cracking-down-illegal-dumping

That includes $8.5 million directly allocated to local government authorities and other public land managers for cleanup Cleanup rebate.

You can consider the following:

1. Contact your local council and ask if they've accessed this funding and how they're tackling dumped waste.
2. Report litter via EPA portal – Report pollution.  To report dumped litter please select "Waste" in the “Pollution source”. You can include mental and physical health impacts in the report now.
