Philadelphia Councilmember At-Large Dr. Nina Ahmad has released a new article, “Education First, Not Facilities First,” condemning the School District’s proposal to close Lankenau Environmental Science Magnet High School.

Dr. Ahmad, a scientist by training, argues that relocating the school destroys a necessary and vital opportunity for Philadelphia students.
