It has been a long time since there has been an update on this petition. We thank everyone for their continued prayers for Lexi & our whole family. If you have not been watching the Save Lexi Facebook page, the latest update is that the US Supreme Court Justices met in conference today to discuss the petition to hear Lexi's case at the Nation's highest court. There should be a decision in the coming days. Please continue to spread the word & this petition. Lexi's situation is not an isolated one, instead it is becoming more prevalent for the ICWA to harm children at the desires of the tribe instead of children's best interest. This latest story is another example of the atrocities that are allowed under the guise of this law.
