Unfortunately, since Lexi is 1.5% Choctaw, the state of California, LA County & Children's Law Center allowed/used the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) to devastate this family and took Lexi from her Mommy and Daddy on March 21 from their family home to move her to Utah to live with non-blood related family who aren't even members of the tribe.
