We finally get to have our case heard June 17 - 21 in the Supreme Court of BC. The government tried to block our case but the judge granted our hearing and added three additional court days!! This is great news for our cause. We are now raising 50K to cover additional legal costs. Needed by June 17th.

Since this legislation was enacted on May 1st hotel prices have skyrocketed, and consumers faced with the lack of choice for travellers in BC is a problem, making travel in BC accessible only for the wealthy.
People who have operated legal vacation rentals by owners for many years have been financially devastated, some heading for bankruptcy. Pension plans have been devastated and financial well being eroded for every one of the small business owners affected who believed in the system of fair governance in Canada.|
This unprecedented taking of these specific property rights against this small group of people in BC is a dangerous precedent for all citizens in BC and across Canada.
This must be stopped.
