DHS has put a temporary stop on all work at the Surprise ICE detention center!

Although it's a big win, the stop is not permanent. This is exactly why it's so important that my 3-mile buffer zone proposal gets passed through Congress. Senator Mark Kelly, Senator Ruben Gallego, and Rep. Paul Gosar: We need a PERMANENT solution that stops DHS from doing what they did to the students and residents of Surprise from happening to other communities across this country. Please work together to introduce it into legislation.
