Massive thank you to all that have supported us. We have had meetings with Western Cape environmental department and appointed an independent environmental consultant to act on our behalf to provide accurate information about the track. We have consulted our lawyer to deal with the neighbor who have made this public when it was a neighbors consent and not a public consent. He will be facing possible legal action for defamation and malicious activity towards us. 

We are happy to add that environmental have allowed us to carry on riding and we will come to an agreement regarding the track in the next few weeks. 

All the support with this petition will be shown to the municipality when the time comes for the tribunal meeting and that’s where the numbers count. Please keep spreading the word so we can get this track registered and have an awesome place to ride for everyone.
