I am excited to share that I have spoken with a representative at Chipotle Mexican Grill and they are NOT using PTFE-coated fiberglass sheets on their clamshell grills! In fact, they identified the issue early and have insisted that their two grill providers - Taylor & Garland - only supply them with fiberglass-free release sheets for all of their 4,000+ stores as they add the grills nationwide. 

NOW it's time for the grill manufacturers - Garland, Taylor, Vulcan, & AccuTemp - to do the right thing and recommend fiberglass-free sheets to ALL of their clients!!
