2) We will welcome all councillors @6:50pm in front of Town Hall (Car Park side) for a peaceful Public Demonstration(wear something GREEN, bring placards)

4) From 7:20pm, public will be allowed to enter into Town Hall Public Gallery to watch the debate in person and see how councillors will vote on this
