On September 9th, Florida Blue unilaterally ended our 30-year partnership, cutting off access for thousands of patients who’ve trusted us for decades citing a nonsensical "ongoing evaluation and assessment of our network…based on network need”. This follows the attempted recent Florida Blue–BayCare fallout, another example of insurer decisions that intend to hurt patients and limit care options across Florida.

Now, many members are left traveling farther, searching for new providers, or paying unaffordable out-of-pocket costs for neurological care, a specialty that is increasingly becoming more rare to find.
