This is extremely urgent! For the last year I have been telling Victims Services that I am noticing our victims rights slipping away from us.  The CA Board of Parole is now trying to make permanent decisions to make it even more difficult for victims & their family members to attend parole hearings.

I have been told by other victims & their family members that they are no longer being notified of any upcoming parole hearing, which is basically the beginning of the end for victims rights. I myself have been on video teleconferenced parole hearings for serial killers where as a victim's next-of-kin I find myself suddenly kicked off for no good reason at all.
