Arnold's Coffee and Tea is under threat of being forcibly closed by its landlords: The Northside Leadership Conference and the Historic Deutschtown Development Committee.

Chef Claudy Pierre, the owner and operator of Arnold's, is not afraid to admit that  he's made mistakes that led to his falling behind in rent. But he has recently become current on his rent payments (as well as paid all related late and NSF fees).   Even though Chef Claudy is up-to-date on his rent and is correcting the errors of the the past (including adding a financial manager to his team), the landlords are still intending to revoke the lease for this important Northside, neighborhood asset. 

These landlords need to hear from us, the patrons and neighbors of Arnold's Coffee and Tea. The Northside is better with Arnold's as a part of the community and we've generated this petition to let the landlords know that we want to keep Arnold's open! If you want to express your support for keeping Arnold's open, please sign this petition and forward it to other friends of Arnold's Coffee & Tea.

These signatures will be collected and given to the landlords at a meeting this week to demonstrate the strength of our community support.
