Local truck driver, Don Leach, is responsible for reckless driving, belligerent behavior & the endangerment of countless citizens!

Several citizens have had personal encounters with this mans driving! Some of these incidents; drivers forcing their vehicles into shoulders and ditches to avoid head on collisions with other drivers, being unable to pass the truck safely without being forceably pushed from the road, being dangerously tailgated for miles even with children in our vehicles, a terrible accident that nearly crippled a man after Don failed to stop at a stop sign, failure to comply with weight restrictions while hauling, and many more incidents that are building rapidly!! He’s left to continuously put people we love, across several counties in NE Kansas, in danger! We don’t understand how a man who’s put so many of us at risk, continues to travel our roads with nothing more than a mere slap on the wrist and a handful of fines. We want to see a change. We want and need to be heard before something worse happens. 

Personally, I’ve had enough. My one and half year old son and my sister were forced from the road this morning while attempting to pass this driver. SEVERAL people have had similar and much worse accounts! We are blessed to have our family together today! I won’t wait for tomorrow to regret not stepping forward.
