Why are the Police & Social Care Departments are keeping silent about this tragic end? Is it the feeling of guilt due to negligence &/or incompetence? Or, is it due to fear of subsequent legal proceedings if the case is investigated further in due course?

a good question indeed.. why are they keeping silent? We all know why. It’s only a matter of time until we get justice for Katie and stop this happening to any other poor soul and hold all those who failed Katie accountable, not only who failed her in life but also in death. ✌🏻
