At 10:28 a.m. CST, we had our 1,000th signer to our petition! This has been a sincere, grassroots effort with some of the kindest, most caring souls I've had the pleasure to associate with. Someone told me. "I would sign it 100 times if I could". Well, this isn't baseball's All-Star balloting...HOWEVER...Just because you've signed once doesn't mean you can't have a 100 signature impact. On the petition site, there's a red button that reads "Promote this petition". Doing so will expose our petition to more of Change.org's 65 million users. I know we're not going to win the lotto. But, we can win THIS! We achieved 1,000 signers one at a time. If we forgo buying a few non-winning lottery tickets, we can make a real difference for disabled children, veterans, and families. A REAL difference. Saving Wilderness Discovery is the best thing you can do today. Contact your business leaders, the Staal Foundation, and others that could donate to promoting our petition.
