I'll be delivering info packets to the Twin Cities affiliates of CBS, ABC, NBC, & Fox, plus the Minneapolis Star Tribune and Saint Paul Pioneer Press. Whenever a news department covers our cause, I share it to every regional media outlet I can think of. To our Canadian neighbors, Minnesota is solidly behind you. Thunder Bay media is solidly behind you. Unfortunately, other Canadian media outlets are way too silent. Aside from T.B., the closest respondent we've yet to get was from International Falls. I would think this would be an important story anywhere in the region. Radio, print, and television need to hear from you. Your political representatives REALLY need to hear from you. This camp is being leased on a month-to-month basis. This is URGENT! Wilderness Discovery could vanish forever, practically overnight. When it's gone, we'll never get it back. Make your calls. Send your emails. Write your letters. Contact the Staal Foundation and other area philanthropists. Speak to your representatives in Ontario, face-to-face if you have to. If you can, donate to promote this petition to expose our cause to many other caring souls like yourself.
