There’s been some buzz around SB 1114, but let’s keep in mind it’s a hot-button issue with plenty of pushback. It’s not a done deal, so don’t get too excited just yet.
That said, SB 1114’s got solid momentum, though the Legislature might tweak it before it’s finalized.
