SB 1114 won’t become law until it passes both the Senate and the House and is signed by the Governor

There’s been some buzz around SB 1114, but let’s keep in mind it’s a hot-button issue with plenty of pushback. It’s not a done deal, so don’t get too excited just yet.

That said, SB 1114’s got solid momentum, though the Legislature might tweak it before it’s finalized.
