I cannot put to words how incredibly grateful I am for the remarkable compassion and PASSION you all have shown me and my family this past week. Thank YOU for your supportive words, generosity, and shared personal experiences. We no longer feel alone in our cause.

As Mark Shieds so eloquently said, "There is always strength in numbers. The more individuals or organizations that you can rally to your cause, the better." We are inching closer to our goal of 100K signatures by midnight tonight, so that Congress can no longer ignore the best interests of animals. Local and federal government agencies WILL hear us, as long as we remain united and outspoken. We cannot stop speaking out, sharing, or posting.

We're asking that you please take 5-10 minutes today and everyday to re-share and re-post our story and petition with friends, family, neighbors, your places of worship, clubs, gyms, local businesses, animal shelters, and on social media, online forums (Reddit, Buzzfeed), and news websites.  Add your personal touch- why is this cause important to YOU and YOUR community?  WHY should your friends, followers, and associates sign?  Do you care about animal rights?  Do you have furry members of your family?  Have you or someone you know been in a similar custody battle over a beloved pet?  Have you witnessed animal neglect, cruelty, or abuse?  Was anything done to help the animal(s)?  Speak out about your experiences.  This is just as much YOUR cause as it is mine.
