Emoji Flags

One thing that Welsh residents say all the time is " Why isn't the Welsh flag added to emoji?". This is simply because they can't be arsed to make a small banner and add it to their application. This needs to be added and implemented.

I also believe the English, Scottish, Irish and Isle of Man's flags should be implemented too.
