First, I want to sincerely apologize for not updating or reaching out sooner. This has been a whirlwind of change, shifting structures, and emotional battles — not only in our work environment, but within each of us personally. I needed a moment to process everything, and I imagine many of you have as well.
As we navigate this transition into the “work optimization process”, I know how much uncertainty and sadness it has brought. For many of us, it’s not just about a role change — it’s about the loss of routine, relationships, and a sense of stability we’ve worked hard to build. These changes are deeply personal.
At the same time, I believe in our strength — in our ability to support one another, adapt, and speak up for the future we want to see. Even when decisions feel out of our hands, our voices and stories still hold incredible power.
That’s why I’m asking you to take a moment to participate in a survey created by headstrong nurses, for headstrong nurses. This is our chance to speak honestly and advocate for the improvements we know are needed.
