This year family sponsorship was not fair for all PR holders and citizen of Canada who wanted to sponsor their parents. The form was not available throughout the time for most of people of Canada and suddenly the website said the form is now closed. People have been waiting for more than half hour and kept refreshing the website.  The form should have been available to everyone  in Canada fairly and equally who wished to sponsor their parents.

We would like to cancel this year program and wants to have it re done again in future date with a better mean of sponsorship.   We would also like to request an investigation on which agency/organization was able to have most access to the form.
