Hello everyone on this stormy day. 

This is a brief update on the status of a House of Commons Petition that has been supported by fellow petition signers but is not being sponsored by an MP.  One MP was identified to me as someone who would sponsor but it has been almost 2 weeks with no response. I have sent three emails to follow up. 

I will give it to the end of the week and then will withdraw the petition.  I can try again with another MP but a firm confirmation is needed that they will sponsor before I try again.
