Angela Merkel put her plan into law in early March. Germany shifted their entire economy to innovation and invested $100B Euros into innovation companies. South Korea just committed over 100B, Europe has a 500B Euro innovation grant program on the table. 

To keep jobs and talent in Canada - we need a plan.
