Quebec wants to ban pitbulls,animals are often a reflection of their owners, if you are abusive towards your chihuhaha he also can grow vicious .It is not by banning a breed that we will stop dog attacks and what will happen if they are banned....how many dogs will be euthanized or abandonned...we have the power to be their voice,we often say not to generalize people by their color or culture but yet we can so easily generalize a dog breed ... at a certain time period we blamed rottweilers,how about we start punishing the real culprits..their owners
