HERE'S THE UPDATE:

On January 28-29, 2022, the hearing tribunal that will decide if Dr. Wall is guilty of professional misconduct for not wearing a mask (even though he is medically exempt), heard expert opinion evidence from two of Dr. Wall's four expert witnesses. The first was Dr. Byram Bridle, noted University of Guelph Viral Immunologist; Second was an Infectious Disease specialist. Dr. Bridle's testimony lasted over 5 hours, the summary of which is that masking healthy people is futile, all attempts to prevent the spread of SARS-CoV-2 have proved useless, and the virus cannot ever be stopped and we must learn to live with it. The evidence from the Infectious Disease expert was, in summary, that masking healthy people is so ineffective that 1100 Chiropractors would have to wear a mask for 8 months to prevent just one infection, and, statistically, that infection has only a 0.15% chance of resulting in a death because the survivability rate of SARS-CoV-2 is 99.85%. These 2 days follow 6 previous days of the hearing of evidence. Closing argument will proceed on April 11-12, 2022, following which the hearing tribunal adjudicating Dr. Wall's case will render a decision.
