I do believe there are people in refugee camps who are fleeing for fear of ISIS. The problem is not the real refugees, but how can you differentiate a real refugee from ISIS in less then 7 weeks? How can you rush this when time and time again you read reports from ISIS saying they have smuggled thousands of ISIS into migrants and refugee camps?
