Canada's Income Tax Act penalizes the victim who is paid a Qualifying Retroactive Lump Sum Payment (QRLSP) by the person who DAMAGED them!

I'm asking Canadians to tell our government this is WRONG! 

For example, the disabled in service veteran who received a QRLSP from Canada after the Service Income Support Insurance Plan (SISIP) had to pay COMPOUND INTEREST on DEEMED TAX for the years they COULD NOT file taxes as the government UNLAWFULLY deducted the value of the Pension Act pension.

Why should Canada recover taxes for the CONSEQUENCES of THEIR own UNLAWFUL act? I submit this is ABSURD but might also be CRIMINAL!

Stealing from the veterans the nation created!

SHAME! Fix this ASAP! It also affects Federal Pay Equity victims, female Public Servants were paid less than males.
