Convicted animal abusers need to be registered in a national public database in order to help protect our pets. Animal adoption rules should force a check on this database adding another layer of protection for all animals. It also should be mandatory for businesses who deal with animals to screen all employees against this database. Please help support the rights of our pets and all animals.
