The Canadian Forces' Service Income Support Insurance Plan (SISIP) has been torturing Canadian disabled veterans for over 45 years.

One aspect is especially troubling, taxes.

Canada is the tax collector;

Canada is the SISIP insurer though it appears to be Manulife;

SISIP does no remit Canada Pension Plan or Employment Insurance premiums;

Canada passed Bill C-13 in 2011 to require Wage Loss Replacement Plans run by the employer to pay CPP contributions but SISIP has not done so;

Therefore, we demand an AUDIT of this plan to see if they are defrauding the disabled veteran as the failure to remit CPP contributions hurts the veteran by reducing their CPP entitlement!
