We as a Civil Society desperately Need to Stop/Control the Animal Abuse that continues to plague our Animals in Canada...We have the power to stop this from happening people purchase or adopt animals, abuse them, then just replace them. With NO Conscience, WE NEED THIS TO STOP!

If we had an Animal Abuse Registry as to when you purchase or adopt an animal your name, s.i.n. goes into a Registry then your responsible for that animal. Your animal could even be tracked with microchip, 

This is totally attainable and so needed,,, People of Canada please join in the cause we can make this a reality.
