Please sign this petition if you’d like to help bring cellular telephone service to Mingo County. We have several spots that a tower can be placed to make this happen. As it stands now there is no cellular telephone service and this strongly affects our community by making it impossible to reach 911 in the event of an emergency should there be no landline service or an electrical outage in our area. This can be especially dangerous for our elderly and children. Signing this petition shows there is a strong need for this service in our area.
