OHIO'S RAPE CASES OVERLOOKED BY ATTORNEY GENERAL DAVE YOST:
After EXTENSIVE RESEARCH into the Ohio Judicial process, and how it doesn't always work out in the favor of Domestic Violence and Sex Assault Victims . . . I can assure you that the public WILL BE AWARE of a HARMFUL PATTERN of MISMANAGED JUDICIAL court "findings" and rulings, which continue to ABUSE innocent men, women and children.
The following article in Ohio on the "TIM BRAUN" case . . . where a law enforcement officer in Sandusky, Ohio was let off the hook easy by JUDGE BURNSIDE. After ASSAULTING SEVERAL WOMEN, he was allowed to still keep his pension of $77,000. . . but not before he managed to OBTAIN THE VICTIMS PHONE RECORDS under bogus notions! I am a victim of this exact same "JUDICIAL ABUSE" as these women have went through.
Who was the man that fully supported this type of abuse of women? The man you see in the image below, Attorney General DAVE YOST! Where is the Governor of Ohio,MIKE DEWINE in all of this? He's SILENT . . .
All I know, is that SOMEONE of AUTHORITY had better SPEAK UP NOW!
The 2020 news article mentioned below is almost an exact replica of the ARICA WATERS CASE, which involves me as well. If you want to offer your support to 3 RAPE VICTIMS IN OHIO . . . Please visit:

ANYBODY WANT TO BE SPECIAL PROSECUTOR?

"Ex-Sandusky County prosecutor Tim Braun got a fixed deal, according to critics, after he was accused of molesting two women and sexually harassing other female employees. - He also manufactured a false crime in an attempt to incriminate and intimidate them.
- On Dec. 6, in the only court hearing that occurred, Braun was sentenced to probation and given $77,000 in pay despite being suspended from office.
- No evidence or testimony was allowed, and Braun was not required to admit to any crimes.
- The women he victimized, advocates and some in law enforcement fought back, but others, including Sandusky County Judge John Dewey, court administrator Brock Kimmet and a visiting judge all appear, in some manner or other, to have participated in giving Braun a sweetheart deal that assured he could keep his law license and get his full pension despite having committed felony level sex crimes.
- Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost last week declined to rule, or offer a legal opinion, about whether a judge can secretly appoint a friend of a criminal suspect to a court position overseeing the friend's criminal case.
- That's what Judge Dewey did on behalf of Braun when he appointed Kimmet a special deputy court clerk for Braun and ordered him to keep the order and all other court action secret.
- Dewey also secretly appointed a special prosecutor and granted Braun search warrants for personal phone records and text messages in his bogus criminal investigation of women in the prosecutor's office."-Sandusky Register
