Assistant Attorney General of Ohio, Drew Wood, filed documents at the Ottawa County Courthouse on 10-8-2021 . . . Not long after Judge Bruce Winters stepped down and asked the Supreme Court of Ohio to step in. 
Attorney General Dave Yost’s “minion” (Drew Wood) filed documents which included his FALSE reasoning for why he’s fighting having the other two alleged rape victims testimony in Miss Arica Waters case. In an attempt to sway the judge, he used statements out of context in order to over shadow the trauma these alleged rape victims have went through. We expected more than this from a representative of the state of Ohio. 
He has also tried to prevent an expert trauma specialist from giving evidence in court on behalf of Miss Arica Waters. 
All 3 women could not possibly be lieing or imagining nearly identical events, where they were given a drink and find themselves “out of it,” and later encountering a sexual assault from the same man. Two of the cases were in 2008 and one more recent. This spans nearly 14 years . . . Are there more alleged victims out there? Time will tell, but that is if AG Yost stops this Witch-hunt now, and takes a harder look at ALL the evidence!
