Dear Friends, First off, thank you for signing the Justice within Armenia statement and call to action on Change.org. Many of you have asked how you can take direct action. Below are the details of how you can be directly involved in civic education and election monitoring within Armenia. Those who wish to go to Armenia between January and March of 2017 are urged to join the ranks of civic volunteers who can disseminate information about voting rights, privileges and education. Those who wish to go to Armenia in late March to early April of 2017 can join other volunteers in serving as election monitors for the next Parliamentary elections. We urge volunteers to get in touch with the Citizen Observer Initiative through Transparency International in Armenia (a non-profit voter transparency organization) by writing to ditord@transparency.am until a volunteer registration platform is built online. Please cc all emails/registrations also to: iobserve2017@outlook.com so that we can also be aware of which of you are going forward with the program.
