Dear all, 

I wish to inform everyone that Tan See Chee will be going to court next Tuesday, 27 Jan at 9:30 a.m. to plead guilty. I found this on the Judiciary website. 

Since Mr Tan did not reach out to me, I assume that he doesn't really need or want my help and I will respect his decision, unless of cos he did not know that there was even such a petition for him. 

In any case, this case is not just about Tan See Chee alone but about how the law is being used to punish those who act out of their conscience to help animals and those vulnerable in our society. Your actions help to send a signal that this is not the Singapore we want. 

I'm planning to go and see him plead guilty and I am hoping that he will not be punished severely, hopefully with just a warning. 

For those who want to join me at State Court, do come up to me to say Hello and maybe we can go for tea break after the case to talk more about such issues in Singapore.
