You’re invited to celebrate Women and Girls in Science with Astronauts, Terry Crews and Bill Nye!

In partnership with the UN Secretary-General's Spotlight Initiative, the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Poland to the United Nations, and Rise, I wish to invite you to attend an event in honor of The International Day of Women and Girls in Science, featuring a historic, first of its kind, ceremony honoring female astronauts and featuring allies Terry Crews and Bill Nye. The event will also discuss the importance of uplifting women in STEM so that they are empowered to pursue STEM, despite barriers like gender-based violence which are especially prevalent for women in STEM around the world.
