Is my suspension indefinite?

In what appears to be his parting shot before leaving his post of General Secretary, Iain McNicol has put Ken Livingstone under 'Administrative Suspension' which I read in the press could be indefinite. Is this why I have had no movement in my case for the past year and a half? In Livingstone's case, at least he has had a hearing. I have had nothing except smears and libels in the media. I think I deserve better.
