Every year, countless lives are lost or forever altered due to road violence. It's time to take action. We’re calling on the NSW Government to implement a NEW Road Crimes Act  that will:

1. Introduce new offences like Vehicular Homicide.
2. Implement stricter penalties with mandatory rehabilitation and disqualification.
3. Establish enhanced sentencing guidelines that prioritise victim impact.
4. Improve investigative and prosecutorial standards.
5. Set a new standard for Australian Fatality Reporting.
6. Create a Dangerous Drivers Register.
7. Enforce compulsory rehabilitation programs, including alcohol interlocks, for offenders.
8. Establish Victim Impact Panels to reduce reoffending.
