Duncan Wakes-Miller, Roxanne Arnold and Tom Daher are three people cruelly thrown together by tragedy.

Each have lost loved ones in terrible road crashes - deaths that could have been avoided.

"It's like standing at the edge of an abyss and this huge hole in front of you and it's burning with hurt and loss," Mr Wakes-Miller told me.
