Spreading awareness

It has come to my attention that people are being suspended for signing the petition for bullying. There is no harm being done by spreading awareness and there is no active laws against petitions as long as it doesn't go against the harassment or defamation laws. This petition does NOT go against defamation laws due to having factual evidence on what he has done and witnessess and does NOT go against harassment laws due to having no threats or remarks that would make the statement illegal in any way, shape, or form.
