Now reaching Washington’s Clemency Board, too

We’ve updated this petition to name both decision makers who matter for clemency in Washington: Governor Bob Ferguson and the Washington State Clemency and Pardons Board, which reviews commutation requests and makes a recommendation before the Governor acts.

Thomas’s supporters are asking for clemency because he entered prison as a 16-year-old and because the DNA evidence was not fully heard: Thomas’s DNA was not found on the primary evidence-collection samples.
