A cat was found dead near Kolej Allamanda, UNIMAS, in deeply disturbing condition with injuries that strongly resembled a deliberate dissection.

Concerned and heartbroken students reported the case to Shimaaris, a respected animal abuse investigator, in hopes of seeking justice for the cat and preventing future cruelty.

Shortly after, UNIMAS released an official statement claiming the cat’s death did not involve any human elements.

But here’s what’s alarming:
❌ No post-mortem was conducted
❌ There was no CCTV at the scene
❌ The conclusion was based solely on witness interviews and photos. 

This raises serious concerns about the transparency, integrity, and completeness of the investigation.

Why This Matters:
1. Animals deserve protection.

2. Students deserve answers.

3. Rushing to close a case without a proper forensic investigation sends a dangerous message that animal lives are disposable.

We are calling on UNIMAS and relevant authorities to:
