Solicitor referred to Legal Complaints Commission

Alasdair Fraser, a solicitor in Inverness, was referred to the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission (SLCC) over what a sheriff called ‘irregular’ activity which saw the brothers lose their home, their land and their life savings.

Mr Fraser said: ‘My position is that my actings were above board’.
