A new biased anti coyote article by Coyote Safety Coalition and Dennis Murray is published

This article by Dennis Murray is biased and I am shocked it was ever published.  The Coyote Safety Coalition are not a group of scientists.  They are a group of Toronto residents living in Liberty Village who successfully fought to have a mated pair of coyotes shot (not "euthanized") by a contractor called Johnny the Critter Gitter, the same contractor who tried to trap Neville in 2009.  

The shooting was done allegedly in the middle of the night, while residents slept.  And I did some research on how coyotes are often "euthanized".  Usually they are leghold trapped and shot in the lungs, according to an article written by a coyote trapper in the USA.  

One co author is a social worker with CAMH, the others are business people, or have other non scientific careers.  One co author is one of the most vocal anti coyote residents; he has blocked my social media. I had created a petition last year to try to save the coyotes.  I also talked to the founder of the Coyote Safety Coalition, a young woman who loves animals and was horrified that the other members turned her organization, which was intended to protect coyotes, into a coyote hate group. She would be horrified by this paper.
