Good to hear, and Coyote Watch Canada is a no kill pro coyote organization working directly with the city.  But still, it was Johnny the Critter Gitter who confirmed there were no pups.  And if the coyotes did not have pups this year, they still could have had pups from last year, the two other coyotes that Critter Gitter drove out.  A family was destroyed, and when a mated pair is killed, there are no pheromones and social pressures from the alpha female to prevent other coyotes from mating.  Next year, there will be several coyote pups born, considering no alpha pair exists anymore.  Critter Gitter has successfully ballooned the coyote population to three or four times the former population by next spring.
